About Geoffrey H. Schuller, President

Geoff has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare facilities management and construction and renovation of healthcare, bio-medical and pharmaceutical facilities.  He’s an expert in the areas of facilities management and the processes and programs required for the success of today’s healthcare facilities focusing on the techniques required for constant improvement in the key areas of success for an organizations professional management team.

Geoff has been working at the executive level for 20 years, most recently as developing and implementing the processes for success at one of the largest Medical Training Facilities in the DOD. He was responsible for managing, training and mentoring the technical and non technical staff towars regulatory compliance and accreditation, focusing on the areas of The Joint Commission’s Environment of Care chapters, Life Safety, OSHA, Facilities Management, documentation control, Utilities Management and HAZMAT/HAZWASTE.  Among his responsibilities, he managed and controlled the preventative/corrective maintenance programs, hazardous/medical/pharmaceutical waste transportation programs, and the planning and implementation for construction/renovation program.

Geoff is nationally and internationally recognized for his insights regarding the challenges for regulatory compliance and his ability to instruct and mentor to facilitate improvements across common and interdependent areas of responsibility.  He has presented to foreign and domestic clients and is known for his concise and specific solutions for sustained success.

Mr. Schuller retired after 28 years with both active and reserve duty as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the United States Navy. Geoff has key perception and understanding into the needs and requirements of DOD facilities. He has worked programs at a national level and has been responsible for local objectives requiring collaboration and success for continued operational support.

Geoff received his Masters Degree in Leadership from USC and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Management) as well as certificates as a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).  Geoff is also certified in project management, underground water hydrology, environmental remediation and scheduling. He is also an educational teaching professional.

Geoff is a decorated combat veteran.  His personal awards include a Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (3), Navy Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal as well as other command and organizational medals.
